Massena Client Broker is a private business CRM for managing client requirements, property searches, and correspondence.
Information used
Google sign-in supplies your account identity and email address so we can restrict access to approved users. Separately authorized integrations import relevant Gmail messages and attachments, Drive files, HubSpot contact information, and Plaud recordings or transcripts to support client work.
Storage and access
Imported client information is stored on a protected server and in configured business storage such as Google Drive. Application access is limited to explicitly approved accounts. Infrastructure and integration providers process information as needed to operate these services.
