Massena Client Broker — Privacy notice
Massena Client Broker is a private business CRM for managing client requirements, property searches, and correspondence.
Information used
Google sign-in supplies your account identity and email address so we can restrict access to approved users. Separately authorized integrations import relevant Gmail messages and attachments, Drive files, read-only upcoming Calendar events, HubSpot contact information, and Plaud recordings or transcripts to support client work.
Broker assistant
When you choose Send to Broker, your exact prompt and a limited, server-verified snapshot of the current page or client project are processed through the ChatGPT account you connected. Your prompt, the assistant reply, page context and related action record are stored in this private workspace. Choosing Product change also copies the original prompt into the tracked feedback queue. The assistant provides advice and drafts; it cannot send messages, approve requirements, qualify properties or edit client records.
Live support and activity
If you choose Share this tab with developer, your selected browser tab is shown to authorized developer accounts until you stop or the session expires. Only the latest image is held temporarily in server memory; this feature does not save a recording. Limited account-attributed page and action metadata is logged for support without recording typing or message bodies.
Storage and access
Imported client information is stored on a protected server and in configured business storage such as Google Drive. Application access is limited to explicitly approved accounts. Infrastructure and integration providers process information as needed to operate these services.
